California Sorcery (1999), ed. William F Nolan and William Schafer is an anthology of short fiction first published by Cemetery Dance as a signed and limited hardcover. It has since been reprinted in paperback format. The book features a superb selection of fiction by those writers who are now know as The Group, those writers who come from the California School. They include Robert Bloch (Psycho), Ray Bradbury (Something Wicked This Way Comes), Richard Matheson (I Am Legend), and William F Nolan (Logan's Run). Each of the writers within are renown for their innovative and imaginative contribution to genre fiction. The table of contents includes a diverse mixture of crime, fantasy, horror, and science fiction:Charles Beaumont - The Wages of CynicismRobert Bloch - COD ...
